Dear Goldmoney Mastercard Prepaid card holders,

We write to inform you that an unexpected and critical Mastercard network issue is currently affecting the card system and preventing cardholder usage.

We apologize for the short term inconvenience.

We have been informed that the issue is currently being worked on by Mastercard processing and full functionality should be restored soon.

Rest assured your Goldmoney and Mastercard balances are secure.

We will provide you with an update on this issue as soon as possible.
