Equifax not working for online verification. Anyone successfully upgraded from basic to full holding

    I had this problem last week, It turns out my zip code was incorrect. If there is any error in your information, it seems you will get this error.

    I was able to resolve this problem by calling customer support (which is in Jersey, for its UK time, 9:00-17:00) and they resolved it by correcting my zip code. Hope they can do the same for you.
