Is anyone else unable to pay invoices sent in Goldmoney?

We have been dealing with this for weeks. Is anyone else unable to pay invoices sent in Goldmoney?

1. Vendor Invoice is created successfully and sent to Customer
2. Customer receives Invoice successfully
3. Customer attempts to pay the Invoice, but after checking the Green Checkmark to complete the transaction: No results
4. Yes, There are funds in the Account and the Account is Active.
5. Goldmoney Support said in an email to check the Browser... The Customer is using Chrome Browser on Windows 10
6. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I have the same problem receiving payment from a client in the past. I was excited to introduce fintech to the client but the same scenario occurred and it failed and they lost faith in the technology, in that instant. I thought just about anyone could receive an invoice and just pay the businesses bill. I wish they would fix this one and really change the game.

    Can you provide an update here? What is the status on all the business tools? Are they still functioning in the old business accounts? And when will they be added to holdings?
