I do apologize if you have been facing issues like this. We never intend to neglect or let a client "slip through the cracks" so I will help you with how to sort this all out! If you are a Goldmoney Personal Client, you will have to email customer support. If you haven't been getting any replies, do call the Goldmoney Number and a Relationship Manager can contact Goldmoney Personal with your name and email address to get a response. Unfortunately Goldmoney Personal do not have telephone support at this point in time, and can only give customer support via email.
If you have Goldmoney Holding, I would recommend to ring the first instance you encounter any issue with your account, and our team of Relationship Managers will be able to sort out your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.
