@COJones You may have missed my message here but we have sent you multiple messages asking you to confirm your mailing address with us before we reissue the card. Make sure to send us an email confirming your address in the format I noted in my other comment (follow the link) and we will reissue the card.
@Thamix It looks like your funds arrived through the bank later than expected, but the funds have now been credited to your account.

As @mr1 notes, we are happy to connect with our customers through the Community, but the forum is primarily intended for communication between users. As this response requires thorough examination, we certainly would not want to rush a reply.
We wanted to let our users know that due to the upcoming Bitcoin Hardfork on August 1st, altcoin (that is, all cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin) processing for deposits on the Goldmoney Personal and Business platforms will be temporarily unavailable as of August 1st. As soon as altcoins are able to be used again for deposits, we will update this thread to let you know. We do not currently anticipate that there will be service disruptions for Bitcoin deposits, however if there are any updates to this, we will also update this thread to notify you.
