@TimK absolutely, we have a separate Support Center here! Some users simply find the Community prior to the Support Center, or they may be posting in hopes to expedite their support ticket. Unfortunately some users will email in multiple times, which delays our response, so they may get frustrated and write here.
@novembergan Firstly, spamming and swearing on the Community is prohibited. Your posting privileges have been temporarily removed so that you have a chance to review the Community Guidelines and adhere to them.
Secondly, your message does not help identify your friend (or wife, according to another post?), nor would we be able to speak to you about their account. When a user is suspended, there is a reason for it, and it is none of your concern.
Thirdly, I have located your friend (they don't call me TLM for nothing, you know) and reviewed the 7 messages they sent within the last 24 hours. I will be sure to give them the same reminder about language use that I have given you, as you both appear to need it. You may want to let them know that every time they impatiently emailed in again within that short time frame, they were bumping themselves down the queue, thus delaying our response.
Feel free to read through the Community during your cooling off period to view what is considered acceptable behaviour.
@Anacap It looks like you initiated a bank wire transfer. As per the steps outlined to you as part of that process, did you go to your bank and instruct them to send funds using the wire instructions we gave you? If you did not, then your bank has no idea you wish to send funds to make a deposit.
