Invoices not sending to registred costumers

I am testing the invoice function from the business account of @mansiondelrio, but it doesn't work on registered costumers emails; it says "An error occurred please try again later"

But if a type and unknown email, it sends, and those invoices can't not be deleted, when a few days ago there was an option to cancel them.

The email receipt/invoice that bitgold sends look beautiful
