Does anybody know a helpdesk phonenumber of Goldmoney?

On 11-8 I made a money transfer to bitgold vault inc. Till now 26-8, the money is not on my goldmoney account. I contacted helpdesk on 22-8 but till (26-8) no response. Has anybody had a simular experience?.

    You told me you would look into it. I contacted my bank and they assured me the transfer was sent correctly, otherwise the money was sent back and it is not sent back. So you should have the money already from mid august. Transfer was done on 11-8, count 5 days to complete the international transfer. So from 16-8-2016 you should have the money. The story you told me you have not received the money yet sounds a bit strange. So, if the money is not sent back(because the transfer was correct) to me, any ideas where it can be?

    @BULLSEYE As I had mentioned via email, I had my team looking out for it, and they have just notified me it is in. I have also sent you an email confirming this.
