My deposit is still pending

On 11/28/16 I transferred via ACH $10,000 USD to my Goldmoney account. It has remained in the 'Pending' status since that time. I attempted to contact Goldmoney support via email about a week ago, and to date have received neither acknowledgement of my inquiry or an answer. Not having a phone number for customer service is very annoying. What's going on with this? It gives me an unsettling feeling that I'm being scammed. Please have someone look into my situation and inform me of what I should do.
