Where is my money?

My email correspondence so far with this company is slow and ineffective in solving my issue for a transaction that occurred/confirmed on Dec 9.

It is now Dec 28 and my redemption amount of $1,027.55 is still missing!!!

In reading some of the community posts, it appears that Melanie (admin) is one person that can help - Melanie, I am reaching out to you for assistance - please help! - thanks...

    @drjeffteo I had actually responded to your message about an hour ago via email before seeing this. As mentioned, the redemption was never missing, however due to incorrect information being provided the funds were returned to us. You may now proceed to redeem again, though please ensure all information is correct to avoid further delays!
