I bought gold in Dec 2016 via international wire transfer from UK to Canada. It was not cleared by GM until Feb 2017. The excuse given initially was the wire transfer was sent to the wrong account. Funny I had bought gold using this same account 10 times prior and it reached the correct bank account. However, GM recognised they messed up so they credited me with additional £10 worth of Gold.
I bought some more 11 days back again by international transfer. It has not been cleared yet. 11 days later it still says pending. I think there is something really wrong with GM system on personal level. My GM wealth account has no similar issues.
Sort this out.
