Hello Community members,

Please be advised that Goldmoney Prepaid Mastercard balances are presently not displaying on your Goldmoney Dashboard due to a temporary technical issue. Our card provider is attending to this and it should be resolved shortly. Your balances remain secure and are not impacted.

We apologize for the short term inconvenience, and we will provide you with an update on this issue as soon as possible.
