Equifax verification problem.

Hi Everytime i try to use Equifax verification i get this message. 


I have tried emailing support and no response... Everytime i do this it it running a credit check?? It's been like this for a few days. Anybody else have this issue? Or is there something wrong my end?

    I've just decided to make the jump to a Holding account and I'm having a similar issue as well. I'm guessing this might have to do with the aftermath of Equifax getting hacked.

    For weeks I have attempted to find out why a deposit made to my Hong Kong vault account never got there. The amount was removed from an American banking account of mine, but it does not show up on my dashboard. There appears to be no one to answer my inquiries.
    I am now looking for ways to get out of this thing entirely.
