Getting closer to realizing bit-gold (Goldmoney) is where it's at.

These "hard forks" are pretty nuts.

    Totally agree. Forks to me are like the Romans paring away at gold coins.
    They can debase bitcoin all the want.

    Good link @Gmoney1. I agree with both of you. How is this different than fiat? I would think that every fork would make every bitcoin holder irate in that it would lower their value. But in the madness of crowds, who knows? It might temporarily have the opposite affect of giving latecomers an affordable entry into what they perceive to be a growing market. It is still block-chain and decentralized so if it is used as currency, I guess that is a good thing, but one of the original lures of Bitcoin was it's scarcity and the fact that it could be divided into tiny fractions for use as currency.
    It is a strange world we live in, will be interesting to see what happens.

    Isn't this year way more interesting than last year? (In the USA anyway...last year was pretty exciting in GB.)
