Help! Problems with transferring funds from my Canadian personal account to my Jersey Holding!

I opened a Holding Account on September 21st. I finally have full access to my Holding account. However, I lost my password to my personal account so I cannot transfer my account to Jersey.

The Toronto office does not permit phone calls to rectify this mistake. I have been trying to get access to my account by emailing Jake. He does not respond to emails. This is my twelfth attempt at gaining access to my gold.
Does anyone have a phone number for the Toronto office of GoldMoney? It seems really stupid to not have phone access.
