signing form and send by mail

when submitting passport and Proof or address, info ... etc. at the last step it tells to print, fill, and sign a form then send it by mail to their office.
My question is when printing and signing do I take a photo of the papers or scan it, upload it then send it to their email or do I actually take the papers and go post to send them to their office physically?

I really don't know but i hope is option A, cause I never send anything physically before and looks like an exhausting process

    Due to regulatory purposes, if you are sending us the Offline Verification Form, we do require the physical documents to be received by one of our offices. You can scan your documents and send them to your Relationship Manager to double check before hand, and they can advise you on the steps you need to follow.
