    @Jones467 Hi there! If you are trying to upload docs using our app, this might be what's going wrong. We are currently in the works to release an update shortly!

    If using a computer or laptop, you are able to send the uploaded documents as an attachment to a message to your Relationship Manager, who will then be able to update your holding accordingly.
