I joined GoldMoney not long after it started in 2010 , its always been called GoldMoney . . . bitgold must be something else. . . ?

Goldmoney bought BitGold. So some of us did start out on the BitGold side of things and transition over to Goldmoney. The Personal and Business accounts are from the former BitGold. The Holdings are from the original and current Goldmoney.

Actually @RocketDog it was Bitgold that bought GoldMoney. :)

It can be a little confusing because...

GoldMoney came first in 2001 founded by James Turk

Bitgold was founded by Roy Sebag and Josh Crumb in 2014

    Bitgold bought GoldMoney in 2015

Bitgold changed its name to Goldmoney (with the small m).

If you only have a Personal account (old BigGold) then you first need to apply for a Holding. Then you have to send in a bunch of identification stuff (online) to get the account verified. You can transfer money into the Holding before it is fully verified, but I don't recommend it, because then you can't get your money back out.

So I am guessing you do not have a Holding account yet. When you get it you will use account numbers to log in, instead of your email. You can keep both accounts open. You gotta remember that you use your email to log into Personal account, and numbers to log into Holding. You have to remember they are separate accounts, because some people get very confused about what account they were using.

So look around on the Goldmoney site till you see instructions on how to get an account. I see a "Open Holding" button right on the main landing page (logged out). So click that and fill out their forms. You will get an unverified account with number fairly quickly.

They asked me to submit some information to a relationship specialist but i have gotten no response. My account is verified because i submitted the documents. I have money with invested in the account.. why are they not responding

Well. That's unfortunate. They probably have to do a bit of programming to add your country to the interface. My guess is they will get back to you once they figure out what they have to do.
