Bank Withdrawal not remitted

I've done a withdrawal on the 11th of september and now sent 10 emails to support who just reply they are waiting for information from their bank. - can one of the team look into this for me. My other two went through without a problem.
Ive seen others with successful follow up after posting here with someone following up.

As a suggestion it will help if the GM team would email the swift payment receipt or some evidence of transfer to avoid confusion. Right now i dont know if the delay is from GM or from the Bank as there has been no communication.
