verification

Hello, my friend wants to verify his account. 10 days have passed since the submission of all identification documents, and not a hint of confirmation, given that there are many dissatisfied people on the forum on this issue.

From all I have seen, it can take quite a while, even with the proper documentation submitted. As @RocketDog often correctly points out, if it was up to GM this process would be instantaneous.
Being a regulated company has its benefits and drawbacks. The drawbacks being that these processes can seem to take forever at times, the benefits being you don’t see what happened to some other ‘competitors’ happening to GM. Those that follow the space closely here will know what I am referring to.

I know that we are used to quick sign up processes in this digital age and the wait can be frustrating.
My advice would be to politely follow up once in a while through the support portal until resolution.
