Crypto Deposits in Dubai only???

In case of stop the Money Washing,we are unable to spend Gold Bought with CryptoCurrencies nor change the vault.
Pratically the Cryptos Values Added are Blocked in the Dubai Vault!
The question is:
If they are stopping the money washing,why we need send our ID,Adress,Phone?
If we aren't able to transfer to card or spend in the on-line stores,why buy Gold if you can't use?
I believe that the Platform can Grow much more if these limitations comes to end.
We are little buyers we haven't money to wash.
and more all our documentation are in your hands!

    @Maronni Cryptocurrency deposits are limited to the Dubai vault for operational and compliance reasons. We give clear notice of this restriction, and all vault restrictions, during the deposit process. That way, if a user decides that the functionality of the vault does not suit them, they can choose not to proceed. You are able to redeem gold from this vault via bank transfer or physically, so there is absolutely still utility available if users wish to convert some of their cryptocurrency to gold for savings.

    The problem with the bank transfer is the fee - 1/2 g of gold which is exorbitant, especially when gold is going up in value
