Making a simple deposit

Having an issue just attempting to make a simple deposit into my GM account. Have not been on it since earlier this year. Has something changed to not allow me to use the system?

    I'm also trying to make a deposit and cannot. There is no "next" button on the screen where you select amount and payment type. I'm using IE 11 with windows 10. Cannot use FF or Chrome because bank requires IE for transfers.
