    Ups, I accidentally posted in a wrong thread. Had too many tabs open.
    Anyway, @Melanie, I think I figured out why my account is broken. I has "Full Holding" status (which I never requested). "Full holding" requires certified copies of identity documents, which I never sent to Goldmoney. However I did send scanned copy of my id, so Basic Holding should work just fine (and is enough for my purposes). Can somebody "downgrade" my holding to a basic status?
    Still doesn't explain why secure messages don't work.
