Hi, my bank wire stay waiting the OK of the vault guardian since 4 days, but the max for this operation is 1-2 days.... Why?

@Marcellocarrabba5858 Banks wires can take a little bit longer to process depending on where they are coming from. According to a post made by Melanie of BitGold they can take 5 Business days to process. Please see below link.

My deposits went a little long last week. Nothing to worry about. Support says this is being addressed.

I deposited funds using my credit card should I expect the 24/48hr pending confirmation or a time as long as the bankwire transfer?

Sadly all deposits seem to take 3-4 days to clear, with the exception of the newest US ACH deposits which appear to be about a day faster.

I deposited with a credit card on a weekday and it cleared right away. But this past weekend I bought and it did not clear until Monday.

Another post says ACH provider was changed in the U.S. I've got an ACH deposit that's been pending for 11 calendar days, 7 business days, and another one from the 16th. My ACH link has disappeared from my bank accounts page. So I'm hoping for official word from BitGold about what's happening with ACH.

@Marcellocarrabba5858 Did you take your wiring instructions to your bank to complete the deposit?

@SpontaneousOrder I can't specifically reference your transactions here on the Community, but I can suggest you look at your Dashboard for an update on your transactions

Still PENDING

I made two deposits to two different vaults to test the new ACH

17 Feb $5 USD using old ACH (via the iPhone app)
18 Feb $6 USD using new ACH (via website)

Both cleared my bank on 19 Feb, but as of today (23 Feb) they still show as pending on my BitGold ledger

Gold is money, everything else is credit
