Hi, i'm desperately trying to get an answer from Goldmoney support to get my business account updated to personnal verified so my customers can wire directly to my Goldmoney account. I've already provided Goldmoney with the required paperwork, but Goldmoney has not answered my emails yet (I just have sent several emails and have been waiting several weeks now...). Has anyone else experienced such a client support from Goldmoney? Has anyone an advice on how to move forward? Cheers,
